1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Sol Casa de Goa website and booking our vacation rental property, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received
• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
• Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Valid photo ID required for all guests at check-in

4. Cancellation Policy

5. House Rules

Guests must comply with all house rules. Key rules include:

• No smoking inside the property
• No parties or events without prior permission
• Respect quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM)
• Be mindful of neighbors, especially in outdoor areas
• Turn off AC, lights & fans when not in use
• Power Backup: Only Wi-Fi, TV, few charging points, lights & fans work on the inverter
• Maximum occupancy limits must be observed
• No illegal activities on the premises

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Maintain the property in good condition
• Report any damages immediately
• Secure the property when leaving
• Respect neighbors and local community
• Follow waste disposal guidelines

7. Liability and Damages

• Guests are liable for any damage to the property during their stay
• Security deposit may be required for certain bookings
• Cost of damages will be deducted from security deposit or charged separately
• Sol Casa de Goa is not liable for loss of personal belongings

8. Force Majeure

Sol Casa de Goa shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, or pandemic-related restrictions.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Modifications

Sol Casa de Goa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa.
