House Rules

• Early check-in/late check-out available on request (subject to availability)
• Please inform us of your arrival time in advance

• Maximum occupancy must be strictly observed
• All guests must be registered at check-in
• Visitors are allowed between 9 AM - 9 PM with prior notice
• Overnight guests not included in the booking are not permitted

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

• Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas
• Please dispose of cigarette butts properly
• Violation will result in a ₹5,000 cleaning fee

• Keep music and television at reasonable volumes
• Be mindful of neighbors, especially in outdoor areas

• Small gatherings are welcome with prior approval
• Large parties or events require special permission and may incur additional fees
• DJ equipment and loud speakers are not permitted
• The property is in a residential area — please be respectful

• Pets are allowed with prior approval
• Pet fee: ₹500 per pet per stay
• Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages
• Pets should not be left unattended in the property

• Please treat our home with care and respect
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Keep doors and windows locked when leaving
• Turn off AC, lights & fans when not in use
• Power Backup: Only Wi-Fi, TV, few charging points, lights & fans work on the inverter
• Don't move furniture without permission

• Full kitchen available for guest use
• Please clean up after cooking
• Wash and put away all dishes
• Dispose of garbage in designated bins
• Basic spices and cooking oil provided

• Free parking available on premises
• Park only in designated areas
• Do not block neighboring properties
• Scooter/bike rentals can be arranged

• Lock doors and windows when leaving
• Safeguard your valuables — we're not responsible for lost items
• Emergency numbers are posted in the villa
• Fire extinguisher and first aid kit locations marked
• No candles or open flames indoors

• Illegal activities of any kind
• Commercial photography/videography without permission
• Subletting or unauthorized use of property
• Removing items from the property

Help us protect Goa's beautiful environment:

• Separate waste as per local guidelines
• Use water responsibly
• Turn off AC when windows are open
• Reuse towels when possible
